


Alexandre is a partner at Landair Advisors. His responsibilities are to manage the strategic direction of the firm. Prior to founding LA in 2020, Alexandre spent 5 years as an associate at ARM Real Estate Group, a boutique Commercial Brokerage focusing on off-market investment sales in NYC. During that time, he sourced and closed approximately $100,000,000 in transactions, totaling over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft. in development rights.
Alexandre was born in Quebec and moved to NYC at a young age. He graduated from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor’s in Business. He is an avid runner and tennis player. He works closely with the Michael J Fox Foundation to raise funds for Parkinson’s Research. He lives with his family in Nassau County.


Anand joined Landair Advisors as Partner in January 2024. At Landair, Anand specializes in Manhattan development site sales. Furthermore, he is responsible for training and mentoring of the firm's Associate group. Prior to joining, Anand headed his own successful brokerage for 13 years, ARM Real Estate Group.
Anand’s core relationship base includes many typically inaccessible or unapproachable owners of desirable real estate including owners of retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Anand has been involved in over half a billion dollars of transactions.
Anand has received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Real Estate Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC.


Dean Abouelhassan joined Landair Advisors as a Senior Associate in January 2024, playing a key role in the firm’s expansion within the Brooklyn and Northwest Queens development site markets. With four years of experience in New York City commercial real estate, Dean brings a sharp understanding of land use, zoning, and neighborhood dynamics that drive value in emerging submarkets.
Before joining Landair, Dean spent two years at ARM Real Estate Group, where he focused exclusively on development site sales across the boroughs. Since entering the business, Dean has closed over $30 million in transactions, working with a wide network of investors, developers, and property owners.
Dean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate Finance from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University. Born and raised in New York, he offers clients deep local knowledge and a results-driven approach. Dean prioritizes transparency, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships in every deal he works on.


Maha Alaoui is a Senior Associate at Landair Advisors, where she specializes in development sites throughout the Brooklyn and Bronx markets. With a strong foundation in economics, international affairs, and data science, Maha brings a strategic and analytical approach to advising clients on complex development opportunities. Since joining Landair Advisors, Maha has focused on supporting investors, developers, and property owners with a transparent, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven mindset. Her diverse professional background in sales, education, research, and data analysis allows her to understand projects from both a financial and operational perspective, helping clients make informed decisions in an evolving real estate landscape. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Maha served as a project manager leading a major office expansion initiative—an experience that sparked her passion for real estate development and defined her long-term career path in the industry. Originally from Morocco and fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Maha brings a global perspective to her work and is deeply passionate about cultural exchange. Outside of real estate, she enjoys painting, traveling, and connecting with new people.


Michael Lam is an Associate at Landair Advisors, focusing on commercial real estate investment sales in Downtown Manhattan and Eastern Queens. Having lived in Chinatown since childhood, Michael brings over two decades of hands-on experience as a managing partner at his family's realty company, where he has overseen a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and short-term rental properties across New York and Florida. Prior to joining Landair, Michael spent nearly 20 years as the owner and supervising pharmacist of CB Pharmacy, a trusted institution in the Chinatown community. Michael holds a degree from St. John’s University and has furthered his real estate expertise through coursework at NYU’s School of Professional Studies. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Teochew, Vietnamese, and English, Michael connects easily with a wide range of clients and stakeholders. Outside the office, he enjoys playing basketball and golf and continues to live in the Chinatown neighborhood he proudly serves.


Michael Briganti is an Investment Sales Associate at Landair Advisors, focusing on development and investment sale opportunities across the Bronx. Having grown up attending Yankees games, Michael brings a deep local connection and a sharp analytical mindset to identifying value in emerging development sites. He combines local insight with a strong financial foundation to help clients make informed decisions and achieve optimal results. His approach is rooted in trust, transparency, and results—earning the confidence of property owners, developers, and investors alike. Michael holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from Fairfield University, where he developed a background in financial modeling and investment analysis. Originally from Chatham, New Jersey, he played competitive and club golf throughout college and remains active in tournaments.


Connor Moss is a Principal Software Engineer at Landair Property Advisors, where he leads the development of the firm’s internal technology, data infrastructure, and AI-driven systems that support underwriting, comparable sales analysis, and buyer intelligence. Originally from Pittsburgh, Connor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Kenyon College. He brings a strong analytical background and hands-on engineering experience to building scalable tools that turn complex real estate data into practical, decision-ready insights for brokers and partners. Connor works closely with leadership and the brokerage team to align technology execution with Landair’s growth strategy, emphasizing clarity, reliability, and results.


Tudor Bodrug is a New York City–based real estate professional with a background in finance and a strong understanding of the city’s commercial real estate landscape. Originally born in Moldova, Tudor immigrated to the United States at the age of seven, an experience that fostered adaptability, resilience, and a deep appreciation for diverse communities. After relocating to New York City five years ago to pursue higher education, Tudor studied Finance at Brooklyn College and Baruch College. Having resided in Brooklyn throughout this time, he has developed in-depth familiarity with all five boroughs, with particular insight into Brooklyn’s neighborhoods and broader market dynamics. Tudor’s professional experience includes commercial and retail leasing, where he worked closely with landlords and business owners to support transactions aligned with long-term objectives. Today, Tudor approaches his work with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, attention to detail, and thoughtful execution at every stage of the process. He is known for his responsiveness, clear communication, and commitment to long-term client relationships. He positions himself as a trusted associate who prioritizes understanding client needs and delivering consistent value over time. Outside of real estate, Tudor enjoys international travel, riding throughout the city, and photography, reflecting his close connection to New York City’s neighborhoods and how they continue to evolve.
